Qualified resellers will have the ability to receive no-charge Not For Resale copies of Command Software products, as well as evaluation copies for your customers.

No Charge Pre and Post Sales Priority Technical Support
Because a reseller can't schedule customer problems to always fall within normal business hours, we offer technical support to our Partners 7 days per week, 24 hours a day, at no charge. Partner pre- and post-support telephone calls will be given top priority, as will e-mail, fax and Web inquiries.

Sales and Marketing Materials
We'll provide you with product datasheets, white papers, press releases, technical updates, etc.with the ability to order in quantity to satisfy customer demand. These same materials will also beavailable to our Business Partners on the Web.

Lead and Customer Referral
Command Software will provide qualified, closable leads to our Business Partners on a timely basis in a format that allows for easy reporting of status. In addition, we will provide customers with the names of resellers in their area that are current Command Software Business Partners and provide Partner listings and links on our Command Software Web site.

Assigned Reseller/Regional Sales Contacts
You'll be assigned contacts within the organization to support you in closing Command Software sales opportunities via joint calls, vendor assist or other sales related activities.

Product Pre-Announcements/Upgrades
We guarantee that you'll always stay ahead of the technology curve and be able to present upcoming releases to your customers.

Employee Purchase Program
Get personal copies of Command Software products for your employees at a nominal charge (to cover shipping and handling).

Scheduled Partner Communications
As a Business Partner, you'll receive regular mailings of any pertinent sales and technical materials, press releases, etc. via your choice of E-mail, Fax or US Mail. You'll also receive our newsletter aimed specifically at resellers, discussing your customers usage of Command Software products, success stories, channel tidbits, and more.

Reseller Advisory Committee
Command Software needs your input to make our programs and products the best they can be. We will issue regional invitations to varied Business Partners on a quarterly basis to solicit your input.In addition, there will be a Partners Forum area on our Web site that will allow resellers todiscuss their thoughts, suggestions and issues.

Training and Development Opportunities
As a Business Partner, you'll be eligible to receive special free and discounted training vehicles and we'll provide you free, downloadable training courses.

Joint Marketing Efforts
We are available to assist our Business Partners with seminars, trade shows, advertising, mail campaigns, and other marketing efforts in the form of materials, logos, co-op and even staff, whenwarranted!

Simply fill out the Command Software Business Partner Application and submit, along with a copy of your Reseller Permit*.

Once qualified, receive our Business Partner Kit which will include a certification plaque for your lobby, your membership number, sales and marketing materials, the Command Software NFR of your choice, technical information, Employee Purchase forms, and all other benefits information and/or forms to get you up and running as a Command Software Business Partner!
