Everyone at Command, including our CEO, is on a first-name basis. In fact, it is not uncommon to see the CEO roaming
the halls chatting with team members from various departments. This contact helps her stay accessible to all the
employees and also helps her keep her finger on the pulse of the company. As we continue to grow, we are determined
